Beeld Productions makes TV formats for RTL 4 and Videoland and content for social. We’re looking for people who get energy from that: in sales, behind the camera and in the edit. Freelance or employed, we’ll discuss together.
Account manager
You bring brands and TV formats together. You approach companies, talk with marketing and HR teams, and close partnerships for our formats on RTL 4, Videoland and online.
What we look for
- Entrepreneurial and commercially strong
- A network among brands, employers or agencies
- A passion for TV campaigns and branded content
- Independent, with the guts to pick up the phone
Camera operator
You shoot for TV and social: on location at companies, on the set of our formats and sometimes in Spain. From interviews to b-roll and short clips for Instagram and TikTok.
What we look for
- Experience with reportage or documentary style
- An eye for light, composition and movement
- Flexible, including on location
- Shooting for both 16:9 and 9:16
Editor
You edit episodes, trailers and short social clips. You switch easily between a TV episode and a fifteen second clip, and you know how to make a story flow.
What we look for
- Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
- A feel for rhythm, music and story
- Fast and precise, even under time pressure
- A showreel or portfolio that shows what you can do
